THE DECISION IN 30 SECONDS

Start with the way
your jobs actually run.

Zuper offers an established field service platform with dispatch, mobile workflows, payments, and connected communication. Jobflow is an early contractor workspace focused on construction scope, plans, trade coordination, purchasing, and job costs. The two products are at different stages; Jobflow is not yet a production replacement for Zuper.

Evaluate Zuper

Include Zuper in your evaluation when dispatch, routing, mobile work, and connected service operations are essential. Its documentation describes skills-based assignment and offline mobile capabilities. Bring your required CRM, accounting, asset, and security workflows to the demo and verify the exact scope and commercial terms.

In development

Explore Jobflow

Explore Jobflow when the hard part is coordinating a construction project: estimate scope, drawings, trade bids, selections, purchasing, and approved changes. The local workflow connects those records. It still needs hosted multi-user operation and live integrations before it can replace the systems a field team depends on.

Find the details that matter to your team.

Jobflow entries describe the current local development workflow, not a launched cloud service. Competitor entries summarize published capabilities, which may depend on plan, region, configuration, or add-ons.

Bring a real job to the demo.

A sales tour can make almost any tool look complete. Use the same representative job in each evaluation and follow it through the points where your business usually loses time.

  1. Start with the scope. Capture the request, attach a drawing, build the estimate, and record the customer’s decision.
  2. Change something. Revise a drawing or price a customer choice. Check what is preserved, who can approve, and how the contract changes.
  3. Coordinate the work. Assign a visit, show the crew’s view, and find an outstanding decision. Test the exact mobile and connectivity conditions you need.
  4. Follow the money. Record a vendor bill, review labor, issue an invoice, and distinguish bookkeeping from a collected payment.
  5. Verify the handoff. Test exports, account access, support, integrations, and what happens after a failed save. Ask for the full commercial terms.

Jobflow’s preview lets you inspect its current approach. It is not a reason to retire a working production system before deployment and operational requirements are met.

Common questions

Not in full. Jobflow has manual dispatch with workforce eligibility, visit capacity, and overlap checks, plus browser-local field-report text drafts with reviewed synchronization. Route optimization, GPS dispatch, native offline operation, and offline reopening are not implemented. Confirm your specific workflow in both products.

Use a representative job with a revised drawing, a subcontractor bid, a customer selection above its allowance, a partial vendor bill, and an approved contract change. Ask each product to show how the source records, permissions, approvals, and financial totals stay connected.

No. Jobflow does not currently offer a live migration or integration replacement for a Zuper setup. Document the systems, sync directions, error handling, and data ownership you rely on before evaluating a switch.

Paid plans and hosted customer availability have not been announced. The working preview is for product evaluation. The product status page explains current workflows and outstanding connected services.
