From request to job

CLEAR ABOUT WHERE WE ARE
Jobflow is an early contractor software preview. You can explore the workflow today. A hosted customer rollout and paid plans are still ahead.
Early working preview. No published paid plans. No completed hosted customer rollout. No claim of full feature parity with Jobber, Zuper, or other established platforms.
This public website offers an interactive walkthrough and email signup. The walkthrough uses illustrative data and resets on refresh. It does not create a live company account. The separate development product has a sample-company workspace and local file uploads; those capabilities are not hosted on this website.
The marketing page’s interactive examples reset on refresh. They show a workflow with illustrative data and do not send messages, change a real project, or process a payment.
The descriptions below refer to the local development product. Specific capabilities may depend on the workspace mode. Read the label shown in the product before entering information.

Record incoming requests, organize opportunities, prepare line-item estimates, reuse catalog items, and publish versioned proposals. An approved new-job proposal creates a connected project.
Manage drawing revisions, review PDFs, calibrate and save length, area, and count takeoff measurements, and copy reviewed quantities into an estimate. Compare trade bids against scope, preserve addenda and revisions, and record an award.
Keep tasks, field reports, service visits, customer selections, questions, and approved change orders with the job. Preview recurring visits and see assignment conflicts before adding them.
Create purchase orders, post partial vendor bills, record vendor settlements, approve labor time, and distinguish actual costs from open commitments. Prepare invoices and record customer payments for bookkeeping.
Use scoped guest links for trusted local review by a customer, crew member, or subcontractor. Prepare communication drafts for manual review and copy. Connected AI generation requires a configured provider.
Track stock by warehouse, vehicle, or jobsite; record receiving, transfers, and job issues. Maintain an equipment register and service history, and publish versioned inspection forms with retained submission records.
Plan day and week crew assignments with visit capacity and company-wide overlap checks. Save field-report text drafts in the current browser while disconnected and review them for synchronization after reconnecting.
Export workspace records as JSON and download estimate and invoice summaries. Local uploads stay on the computer running Jobflow. Exporting data is not the same as an automatic backup or a supported migration service.
These are remaining product and operational requirements, not promises of availability on a particular date.
A production customer rollout, operational monitoring, recovery validation, and account onboarding are not complete. A local preview is not a hosted multi-user service.
A USD card-checkout integration and verified processor receipts are implemented but disabled pending merchant setup and provider acceptance. Preview payment records remain bookkeeping. ACH, refunds, and live accounting or payroll synchronization are not implemented.
Reviewed email and an opt-in-aware SMS pilot are implemented with signed provider receipts and isolated tests. Sender setup, verified SMS re-consent, and hosted acceptance are pending, so sending remains disabled in the preview. Invitation messages, live phone answering, and two-way conversations are not connected.
Route optimization, live GPS, and native mobile offline operation are not implemented. The browser field-draft outbox covers text reports in an already-open workspace; it does not cache the application for offline reopening or synchronize files and every job record.
Opportunity tracking works locally. A live qualified lead marketplace, production lead feeds, and a guaranteed source of jobs are not available.
Subscription pricing and paid customer access have not been published. Exploring the demo requires no card and does not enroll you in a paid plan.
Bring one representative job and the handoff that costs you the most time. Explore the sample workflow, then tell us what fits and what needs to change. We will publish service availability and pricing before offering paid access.
