This website saves early-access emails in a dedicated Neon database, through a server-side form hosted on Vercel. The public walkthrough uses illustrative data and resets on refresh; it does not store company records. The separate development workspace stores its local records on the computer running Jobflow.
Workspace records can be exported as JSON. Estimate and invoice summaries can also be downloaded. Keep your own export if you want to preserve local evaluation work.
Share a role’s view of the job.
The local product supports scoped guest links with expiry and revocation. A customer, crew member, or subcontractor receives a view appropriate to the shared role. Those links currently support trusted local review on the computer running Jobflow.
Hosted external invitations and public multi-user collaboration are not available. Local guest links are not evidence of a completed production access-control or security certification process.
A draft stays a draft until you review it.
Local templates help prepare progress updates and follow-ups. Optional connected AI generation requires a configured provider and uses the selected project’s recorded context. Review the content and decide what to share.
Generation does not send a message, approve a financial change, or make a commitment on your behalf. No autonomous delivery or outcome guarantee is implied. Avoid putting sensitive information into a provider-backed draft unless you intend to use that provider.
Recorded does not mean delivered or paid.
Invoices, customer payment entries, and vendor settlement entries are bookkeeping records. They do not charge a card, transfer funds, or reconcile a bank account. Notes and approved communication drafts do not deliver email or SMS.
An early-access email is saved only after the website confirms the request. This registration does not create a company account, send an email, or start a subscription. Contact hello@getjobflow.com to request removal.
Readiness is something we have to earn.
Jobflow is an early working preview. A hosted customer rollout, paid plans, production support commitments, and recovery validation are still ahead. We do not claim SOC 2 or ISO certification, guaranteed uptime, or an independent security audit.
