Information we collect
When you join early access, we collect your email address, the page where you signed up, the time of your request, and the version of the signup notice you accepted. If you email us, we receive your message and any information you choose to include.
Our hosting and security services process technical information such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, and security signals to serve the website, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or private project documents through this website.
How we use it
We use signup information to maintain the early-access interest list and plan availability. We use correspondence to respond to your requests, and technical information to operate and protect the website. Signing up does not create an account, start a subscription, or make a payment. We are collecting interest only; automated promotional emails are not enabled.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the website and signup endpoint. Neon stores the early-access interest list in a dedicated database. Cloudflare manages the domain and DNS. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.
We may disclose information when necessary to comply with applicable law, protect rights and security, or carry out a business transfer subject to applicable protections. We do not sell your personal information or use this website for targeted advertising.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not include advertising pixels or a marketing analytics tracker. The signup endpoint uses a keyed fingerprint of the network address to limit repeated submissions; raw IP addresses are not saved in the signup database. These temporary rate-limit records expire after one day and are removed during subsequent signup activity. The public walkthrough uses illustrative data and does not create a live company workspace. External links are governed by the destination website’s practices.
Retention and your choices
We keep signup information while it is needed to manage early-access interest, unless you request removal. We review retained information as the product develops. Technical records may follow our providers’ retention schedules. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your signup information by emailing hello@getjobflow.com from the address you used. We may verify a request before acting on it. Available privacy rights depend on where you live; we will handle requests under applicable law.
Security and updates
We use encrypted connections and restrict access to signup services. No system can guarantee absolute security. This website is intended for adults evaluating contractor software and is not directed to children. We will update this page when our practices change and identify the latest revision date here.
